Hello blog followers. We have some news. First, we want to thank those of you who signed up to follow this blog. However, we have not given back in the way we would like. Like many beginner bloggers, we made a lot of mistakes, missteps, and flailed around a bit… we tried, but the result is not what we intended. Our intent is always to give real value to the food community. There is a lot of pride and work put into our YouTube Channel, and we would like this blog to follow suit, working hand in hand with the information and value dispensed through our videos.
So, we have rethought this platform, come up with a plan (which we will most certainly fine tune as we go along ), and have decided to relaunch this baby… and to do it right this time. We will use our blog posts to help supplement the information in our videos, and also try to “fill in the blanks” so to speak. We also plan to have content that is more engaging, and content that may be better presented as text than video. Stay with us, and we hope you will be pleasantly surprised. We also encourage you, our viewers, to interact with us and let us know what you’d like to see.
